with the season wrapped up and active recovery in effect, finding ways to occupy my time was starting to become a chore. weve got more snow than i can remember i years past and a rapidly fluctuating thermometer. the xmas holiday killed some time with a trip to see the old folks in the woods. my new skis are keeping me from growing lethargic and the banjo keeping me in check.

the new year brought a liver destroying get together. a chance to be cru, if only for a moment. bicycle ballet and bmx derbies. a winter conversion on the rig is halfway complete with the pugs front end installed. it seems to bring a sense of false invincibility as i crash into drainage ditches and snow banks thinking i can ride anything. the miles will get piled soon enough. with an aggressive schedule for 08 there will be less of a focus on wors. sswc08 is a go. until then, the bike swap will occupy my mind. give a stop by the bkb table as youll be sure to find something for that special someone.
